Job summary

PIQUA MANOR in Ohio is seeking dedicated RN or LPN for full-time day or night shifts. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants, with supervision by a Registered Nurse and/or physician to maintain high resident care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, answering call lights, documenting care, following care plans, and reporting abnormal findings. The ideal candidate will have an Ohio LPN license (or RN), CPR is recommended, and a compassionate, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Answer call lights.
• Complete documentation of care given.
• Follow residents' care plans.
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.
