Job summary

Atrium Centers Hillcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Community/Northcrest in North Muskegon, MI is hiring RNs or LPNs for 2nd shift Part Time and PRN 1st shift. This 39-bed, employee-owned facility offers 8-hour shifts, HERO pay of $3.40/hr, and a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will assess and provide direct resident care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license required.
• Medication administration and IV certification required.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Passion for improving residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
