We are seeking a compassionate RN or LPN who can administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and uphold state regulations while promoting safety, dignity, and well-being in a team-focused environment.

Join us for shift options: full-time on the 3rd shift or part-time on the 2nd/3rd shift, with a $10/hour differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active RN or LPN license.
• IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
