Qualifications

Valid LPN nursing license.

Valid CPR & IV Certification.
Accepting new and seasoned LPNs.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments for residents.
Direct the day-to-day tasks of CNAs.
Keep patient records up-to-date and accurate.

LPN Responsibilities
