Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking an RN or LPN to join our agency-free facility. You will assess, administer medications, and provide direct care per individualized plans, while supervising nursing assistants.

This 64-bed facility offers 8-hour shifts on the 2nd shift, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, shift and weekend differentials plus HERO pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• IV certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
