St. Gabriel's Community in Hastings, MN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic nursing care to residents participating in an integrated care model.

You will perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and family education, while collaborating with a caring team to uphold high standards of professional nursing and resident well-being.

Qualifications

LPN: $32.67 - 36.09/hr; RN: $42.78 - 47.26/hr
