Job summary

Pediatech Nursing is seeking licensed RNs and LPNs for in-home pediatric and young adult care in Minnesota. The role offers full-time night shifts with the flexibility to work day, evening, or night hours.

You will provide one-on-one care, maintain patient relationships, and work independently under an RN Manager available 24/7. We welcome new graduates and supporting a caring hands-on approach to improve outcomes while offering a strong education environment and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota nursing license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator care and tracheostomy care as part of in-home nursing.
• Care for gastrostomy tubes and medication administration.
• Provide therapies and assist with activities of daily living.
• Deliver one-on-one nursing care in the home environment.
