Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an RN/LPN to supervise staff, monitor residents, implement treatments and develop care plans for long-term needs. You will administer medications, follow-up with families, and ensure high-quality care in the facility.
State background checks are required prior to contact with patients/residents. Must hold current RN/LPN licensure, CPR certification, and have six months of long-term care experience. Compensation ranges 35–52 USD per hour with steady shifts.

Provides clinical care in compliance with current federal and state guidelines, and company regulations.

Graduate of an accredited RN/LPN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Current RN/LPN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
