Qualifications

• Must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in employment.
• At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Long Term Care Facilities.
• Work part time with a minimum of two days per week as required.

Skills

Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing

CPR Card

TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray

Current Nurse CEUs
