Job summary

Luna Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Deming, New Mexico. You will provide direct nursing care, assessments, medication administration, and coordination of care with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Perform ongoing nursing assessments and identify changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments within RN scope.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff; provide coaching and guidance.
• Document accurately in the EMR and coordinate resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and person-centered care.
