Fletcher Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Fletcher, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. Shifts are available: Day 7am-7pm and Night 7pm-7am, with a focus on resident supervision and safety.

The RN will supervise staff, ensure health and welfare of residents, and adhere to nursing policies and regulations. A valid RN license and LTC/SNF experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current State License as an RN Registered Nurse
• LTC/SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care.
