Job summary

PARADIGM HEALTHCARE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the team at Blossom Care Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This full-time position involves providing direct nursing care and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• 2 years’ experience in Long‑Term Care preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with nursing regulations and guidelines.
• Plan, develop, and organize the delivery of a resident’s plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and residents' privacy.
