Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model with emphasis on planning, implementation, evaluation and communication of care.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and experience with electronic medical records. Schedule includes 12-hour shifts, days and nights, with rotating weekends; TN sponsorship may be available

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
• RN experience preferred; 1 year in applicable care setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Computer skills and EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities
