Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area preferred.

• Effectively uses the nursing process in patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches patients and families.
• Delegates and manages nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and staff morale, and addresses diversity needs.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
