Ideal candidates are current RNs committed to advancing leadership through mentorship, regulatory readiness, and staff development, with travel between communities as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Willingness to travel between communities as part of training.
• Interest in developing into Clinical Director leadership.
