USA Staffing Network in Dexter, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for EB3 or TN visa opportunities. You will manage a group of patients, assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers relocation housing for TN visa candidates, a sign-on bonus, shift differentiations, license reimbursement, and a path to Green Card after probation. Experience in LTC, home care, hospice, or medsurg preferred.

Formación

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Missouri or eligible before employment.
• NCLEX passed for Canada/Mexico trained nurses, TOEFL if not a native English speaker, visa screen certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with personalized care plans.
• Coordinate a team approach to care plans and direct others to achieve outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families, explaining care plans and supporting them at every step.
