Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in California.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shots.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to facility nursing staff ensuring quality care for residents.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, and execute physician orders; communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as needed.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
