Job summary

Imperialcarecenter is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care, lead nursing staff, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

California RN license required; PCC experience a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with pay between $45 and $50 per hour, depending on location, shift, and experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN license to practice as a RN in California.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
