Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a highly engaged partner on the care team and respond willingly to care team needs for assistance.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriateness of care and smooth transitions across the continuum.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.
• Applies the nursing process to meet the clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and family.
