Arcadia Care in Towanda, IL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, collaborative patient care. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership culture.

The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards. A valid IL RN license and LTC experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
