Job summary

Mission Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership and high-quality nursing care for patients. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching for patients and families, and to supervise and document care.

The role requires one year of RN experience, an Associate's degree in Nursing, NC BON licensure (eNLC may apply), and BLS certification, with preferred national certification in your specialty.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience or more.
• Surgical Services/Critical Care or strong hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC licenses may apply).
• BLS certification required; national certification in area of specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care for patients.
• Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
