Avalon Health Care Inc is hiring an Registered Nurse (RN) for Avalon Care Center Scappoose in Scappoose, OR. The role is full-time, day shift with Wednesday to Saturday availability and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible)

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
