Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Granger, Indiana clinic. You will deliver safe laser hair removal services, perform pre-treatment setup, operate equipment, and maintain strict safety standards in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

You will educate clients on treatment plans, post-care, and expectations; document treatments, support clinic operations, and collaborate with a collaborative team to meet patient goals and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
