Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a registered nurse to lead patient care within the nursing process framework. You will delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members while ensuring quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, teaching across diverse patient populations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive improvements in care delivery. Current RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certification in clinical specialty area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches diverse patient populations.
