Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, MT is seeking an Acute Care RN – Labor and Delivery to join our on-site team. This full-time night shift role offers a lucrative wage range, a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates, and a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one.

Required are Montana RN licensure, BLS, and within 90 days NRP certification, plus at least 1 year of nursing experience. Preferred is national certification in the specialty area.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days of hire: Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $37.47 - $58.18
