This role offers a unique opportunity to manage diverse and high-risk deliveries, including twin births, high-risk pregnancies, and post-operative gyn cases. With an emphasis on independent delivery management, you’ll be working night shifts to ensure seamless patient care during the overnight hours, with manageable patient loads of 10 beds and comfortable nurse-to-patient ratios following AWHONN guidelines. The setting features modern amenities, such as Cerner EMR and fetal monitoring tools, with an environment that values teamwork and autonomy.
