MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center is offering a part-time Jumpstart RN program for students nearing graduation. Earn a monthly stipend up to $2,500 while completing the last six months of your RN education.

MercyOne will reimburse $500 toward NCLEX/licensure, and after licensure you are expected to work at least 18 months. eligibile units include Ambulatory Services, NICU, Birth Center, Emergency Department, and more.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must pass boards within 3 months of graduation.
• Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
• Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
