Trinity Health in Des Moines, IA is launching the JumpStart RN Program to help nursing students secure a full-time Registered Nurse role before graduation. Participants will receive 2,500 USD monthly financial support during the final 6 months of the nursing program.

Join a Neuro Trauma Acute Care Unit focused on advanced stroke and neurology care in partnership with MercyOne Ruan Neurology Care, with collaboration across rehabilitation and neurosurgery teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• Expected graduation within approximately 6 months.
• Eligible to work as a Registered Nurse upon successful completion of the program and licensure requirement.

Responsibilities

• Secure a full-time RN position before graduation.
• Receive monthly financial support for up to 6 months before your start date.
• After graduation, complete NCLEX-RN and obtain RN licensure and transition to full-time.
• Collaborate with neurology and rehabilitation teams to deliver patient-centered care.
