Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a per diem RN to administer IV therapies in a wellness clinic, build patient relationships, and support the Wellness Coordinator team. You’ll help create a welcoming patient experience while maintaining clinic operations in Thousand Oaks and nearby locations.

The role emphasizes balance, predictable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership tracks as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or diploma in nursing.
• Valid RN license with no sanctions.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient in charting systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of customer service and patient care.

Schedule:

This is a per diem position with three scheduling options:

1. Provide availability for 4 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.
2. Provide availability for 4 weekend days per month.
3. Provide availability for 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.

Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Woodland Hills plus occasional on-call and mobile IV shifts

The details

• Schedule: per diem position with 2 scheduling options: 1) provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month; 2) provide 4 weekend days of availability per month. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
