Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking an RN for a per diem role in Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills with on-call shifts. Base pay is $50/hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $60/hour during the first six months. Many shifts include generous tips and a path to clinic leadership as the team grows.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, patient relationship-building, leading the Wellness Coordinator during shifts, and delivering top-notch patient experiences that align with our opening clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• BSN or nursing diploma.
• Valid RN license with no sanctions.
• Two years of related nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures.
• Proficient in charting systems and scheduling software (MS Office).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of customer service, sales, and patient care.

Schedule: This is a per diem position with three scheduling options:

1. Provide availability for 4 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.

The details

• Schedule: per diem position with 2 scheduling options: 1) provide 4 weekday and 2 weekend days of availability per month; 2) provide 4 weekend days of availability per month. Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• BSN or diploma in nursing
• Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
• Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
