Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Nurse (IV) for part-time and full-time shifts, including weekends, to support IV therapy, injections, and related nursing duties. The role offers dynamic interaction with clients in a wellness-focused environment across multiple locations, with a focus on compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have experience with injections, and be comfortable documenting care using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN.
• At least 1 year of injections experience.
• Proficient with computer documentation of patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Administers intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections.
• Performs mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments.
• Maintains EMR documentation of visits and therapies.
• Addresses client questions under supervision.
• Demonstrates professional nursing care and teamwork.
