Job summary

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness – Somerset is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver IV vitamin therapy and IM injections while guiding clients toward optimal health. Join a wellness-focused team with no night shifts and opportunities for advancement.

You will perform assessments, manage venipuncture, monitor sessions, and help educate clients on benefits and memberships, while maintaining EMR records and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• 2+ years of acute care experience (ICU, ER, Med-Surg).
• Strong IV and injection skills.
• BLS Certification required.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV drips and IM injections from the wellness menu.
• Perform client assessments and obtain venous access (venipuncture).
• Monitor clients throughout infusion sessions.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, wellness options, and memberships.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
