Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registration in New York State as an RN, Diploma and Licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS current required.
• Current PMCS preferred.
• One year of Psych experience required.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Use the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care.
• Work collaboratively with all disciplines on the assigned unit.
• Organize and implement group activities with the unit program and staff.
• Foster collegial relationships and adapt to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
