Job summary

Westview Health Care Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in the United States. The RN delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients, collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, and ensures adherence to Life Care standards while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements include an associate's or bachelor's nursing degree, an active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Provide supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as condition changes.
Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
