Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care using the nursing process across a team of professionals. The position involves a 36-hour work week with day/night rotating shifts and an every‑3rd weekend requirement.

Incentivized pay for picked up shifts and a $20,000 sign‑on bonus are available for eligible candidates. Strong communication, time management and attention to detail are essential in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
  • RN license must be valid where practice occurs (or multi-state if NLC state).

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
