Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the full nursing process. The role offers a 12-hour rotating shift pattern with a 36-hour work week and a $20,000 sign-on bonus in the United States.

You will work both independently and with a dedicated team of professionals, contributing to ongoing education and patient-centered care. A robust onboarding program supports your development and success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.


• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.


• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
