• Salary Range: $35.00 – $48.00
• Pay Info: This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $40,000!

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care by utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply age- and population-specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
• Care for patients across phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide patient education, and perform triage and other nursing interventions.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
• Follow the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice framework and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as the foundation of care delivery and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice will occur, and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
