Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. invites a Registered Nurse to join our on-site team in the Boston area. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, monitor responses, and coordinate care with the health team to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (or a Bachelor's) and RN licensure, with 0–1 year clinical experience. Excellent communication and patient-focused care are essential.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
RN license (State) required
0–1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient age-appropriate care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects
Record patients' medical information and vital signs
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions
Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
