Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology and Intermediate Care team for 12-hour night shifts. The unit provides high-acuity cardiovascular care with strong teamwork and mentorship to advance clinical skills and critical thinking.

A Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred and an unencumbered RN license is required. Compensation ranges from $33.00 to $48.00 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a 36-hour scheduled weekly workload.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and obtain an unencumbered RN license.
• Current multi-state licensure if in an NLC state is required or preferred.
• Maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
