Job summary

Cancer Care Northwest is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide professional nursing care for cancer patients across infusion therapies. You will work under physician supervision, monitor patients, and participate in companywide quality initiatives while upholding compliance standards.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, current RN license, BCLS, and oncology-related certifications within one year.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Administers chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, hydration and other medications under physician/nurse practitioner supervision.
• Records patient data pre/post infusion (vital signs, height, weight, allergies, med changes).
• Assess patient condition and changes; triage phone calls; manage medication refills.
• Provide nursing coverage for satellite offices and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Program portable infusion pumps and instruct patients/caregivers on home use.
