Saber Healthcare Group in Scranton, PA, is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for our 44-bed skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care.

Shift options include 7:00am–3:30pm and 3:00pm–11:30pm with full-time hours. We offer an $8,000 sign-on bonus, On-Demand pay or Weekly Pay, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k), life

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivery of nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
