Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for adolescents in Sulivan City, TX. Schedule Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm with local support from clinicians.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 6 months of hands-on nursing experience. Training is provided for acuity tasks including feeding tubes and ventilator management.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state is required.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification is required or can be obtained after hire.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• At least 6 months hands-on nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to adolescent patients per care plan.
• Administer medications and manage feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators as trained.
• Document care using electronic systems and coordinate with family and clinicians.
