ComForCare Home Care in West Linn, Oregon is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, client assessments, and care plan development for home-based care.
You will support caregivers, supervise medication-related services, and ensure compliance with Oregon regulations, while building meaningful relationships with clients and families in a flexible schedule setting.
ComForCare Home Care | West Linn, Oregon Pay: $50–$60 per hour
Schedule: 5–10 hours per week | Flexible daytime hours
At ComForCare, we believe exceptional care begins with relationship. Before an assessment, a care plan, or a clinical task, we ask:
Who is here? What are they experiencing? What do they need from me? Because the person receiving care is more than a diagnosis or a list of needs. They are a person whose life is still being lived—and deserves dignity, respect, and extraordinary attention.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse who shares this philosophy.
As our RN, you will provide clinical oversight, conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and support the caregivers who make compassionate home care possible.
This position offers independence, flexible scheduling, and meaningful relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
You become the guide to Our caregivers. Your role is to help them succeed.
You are a nurse who notices. When a client seems quieter than usual. When a caregiver needs encouragement. When a family member needs reassurance—or simply someone willing to listen.
You understand that excellent nursing is more than clinical competence. It is knowing when to act, when to teach, when to listen, and when simply to be present.
Three beliefs guide everything we do.
Life Is Relationships. We love, respect, and protect the relationships entrusted to us.
Make a Difference. Every interaction is an opportunity to improve someone's life.
A Place of Belonging and Becoming. We support our caregivers and staff in growing personally, professionally, and financially.
We don't simply expect caregivers to care for others.
We believe it is our responsibility to care for our caregivers.
If you became a nurse because you wanted to make a difference in people's lives, we would welcome a conversation.
At ComForCare, we don't begin with what needs to be done.
We begin with who is here.
And we believe that changes everything.
