Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital in Florida is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a 92-bed Med-Tele/Med-Surg unit. The role involves assessing patient needs and creating individualized care plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position requires an RN license in Florida (or valid eNLC), current BLS, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience. You will contribute to a patient-centered care environment and support staff through mentoring

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida or valid multistate license (eNLC)
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
• 1+ year of RN experience
• Meets mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop an individualized plan of care
• Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care
• Act as patient/family advocate and role model for staff
• Preceptor/charge nurse/unit educator duties as assigned
• Demonstrate growth/development knowledge across lifespan
