• Delivers nursing care per physician orders and hospital policies.
• Collaborates with the patient care team and communicates care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of assessments, care provided, and incidents.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and patient safety.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care and maintains confidentiality.
