Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests or minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow established policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory meetings/trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as needed.
