Job summary

The Registered Nurse will administer a variety of immunizations including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines in a retail healthcare setting. PPE is provided.

Nurses will provide safe, efficient patient care while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities include administering vaccines per protocol, educating patients, maintaining documentation, collaborating with team, and adapting to patient volumes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including immunizations.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members
• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours
