Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, following established nursing processes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while aligning with organizational policies and ensuring accountability.

Responsibilities include coordinating care for all assigned staff to maintain high standards of practice. New graduates are welcome to apply, with experience in a hospital setting preferred.

He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
