Patient Population: Cardiac, Nephrology, Hepatology, Neurology
Patient Ratios: RN – 1:3 or 1:4; Clinical Support – 1:14/16

The IMCU is a fast‑paced environment and the largest single unit at All Saints, designated for cardiac and stroke acute care. It offers exposure to a variety of patient populations, disease processes, and IV drips (e.g., heparin, Cardizem, dobutamine). Flexible preferred shift scheduling is available.
Provide high‑acuity nursing care in an intermediate care setting, including monitoring patients, administering IV medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in resident supervision, patient education, and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
