The County of Riverside's Riverside University Health System, RUHS Medical Center, is recruiting a Registered Nurse III - MC/CHC for Medical/Surgical Unit 4100. This full-time role provides professional nursing care, supports physicians, and coordinates patient care from admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical unit, CA RN license, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; evening and night shift differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• At least 3 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical unit

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care on the Medical/Surgical unit per physician orders.
• Assist physicians and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status; document care.
• Counsel patients and families on care plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality assurance activities.
